HTRAC brings innovative technologies, thought leaders and subject matter experts together to discuss health IT challenges, initiatives and solutions needed for hospitals.

HTRAC business meetings provide a trusted, vendor-neutral environment for the industry to collaborate, discuss their specific challenges and share solutions and technologies for success. Through this unique model, attendees are able to spend valuable face-time with thought leaders, peers and decision makers.

Prior to the summit, attendees view confirmed executive profiles and topics and request who they want to meet with. HTRAC will take care of confirming and scheduling appointments / times for on-site meetings.

HTRAC is very different from a conference or expo; it is a strategy for facilitating successful collaboration among healthcare executives. Unlike traditional events with vendor booths and large tradeshow floors, HTRAC is an invitation-only meeting for healthcare leaders. A small group of only 20 companies will be leading a series of strategic roundtable meetings with groups of attending healthcare executives.

With a 3 to 1 ratio of government attendees to solution provider companies, executives spend time with senior-level decision makers in an intimate non-sales environment. The opportunity to spend quality face-time with busy peers gives attendees the chance to foster relationships in a relaxed, ethical, business-driven environment. During the Summit, the entire group converges for all breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, dinners, banquets and evening events.

Through its research-based methodology, HTRAC is constantly identifying the top technologies needed to support clinical and business goals for healthcare organizations. Top areas of focus include Big Data, Cloud, Mobility, Security, Risk Management, CDM, Privacy, Efficiency, Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management technologies.

HTRAC’s Expertise:

In today’s increasingly crowded and competitive virtual marketplace, it has become increasingly challenging for health IT leaders to learn about technologies in a safe, trusted environment. The Health Tech Research Alliance & Council (HTRAC) and its Summits provide an exclusive, collaborative networking and business meeting environment for decision makers in the federal IT community to meet, learn and identify solutions for actionable results.

With no vendor booths, HTRAC is a strategy meeting for facilitating executive-level collaboration and sharing of best practices and lessons learned. Unlike other large health IT events, HTRAC is an intimate, face-to-face networking-driven meeting for Executive-Level Health IT officials.
